Foreigners investing in Panama qualify for a 7.25% adjustable mortgage for a term no longer than 25 years. There is an age restriction for foreign borrowers at 75 years old so in order to qualify for a 25 years mortgage you must be 50 years old or younger. Approvals typically return withing 10-14 business days with a total of 30-45 days to complete the loan.
